Warm Regards, Jon M.

Dear Mary, Thank you very much for all that you and your caregivers did for my dad. The professionalism, warmth, respect, empathy and care that occurred throughout the last six months of his life were outstanding. Anytime any new hurdle arose, you and your staff went out of your way to make sure my dad felt safe. In the last month, the adjustments due to the hospital stay and my dad’s last week at home were done with great feeling and without hesitation. Mary, your wonderful nursing and people skills were very much needed and appreciated in dealing with doctors, medications, family and hospice. Please give my name and number out anytime as a reference. – Warm Regards

Dear Mary, I am writing to let you know what a fine job I feel Barbara is doing in caring for Kathleen and her needs. Barbara is very professional yet caring with Kathleen. She appears to be doing well both physically and emotionally. I believe that this is partly attributable to the care and attention that she receives from your agency. I am pleased to compliment Barbara, and also you on this fine member of your staff. – Sincerely

Dear Mary, Thank you for all your help at a difficult time.  I really appreciate it.  Your “ladies” were outstanding and I’m sure Karen would not be where she is today without their help and kindness.  – Best Wishes

Dear Mary, I just want to take a minute to thank you and the nurses for all you did for mom.   I knew that I had made the right decision to not only bring mom home but also have PCS there to take care of her.  So many people, including the Hospice nurses, commented on the care that my mom received.  You cannot imagine the peace I and my brothers and sister had in the last couple of weeks knowing that mom was in such good care.

It was so kind of you to go to the funeral, as well.  Seeing you there was such a comfort to me.  Please know that I will continue to tout your services to any and all.  Again, you don’t know how much PCS has meant to us. Thank you. – Sincerely
