Dear Mary, Thank you very much for all that you and your caregivers did for my dad. The professionalism, warmth, respect, empathy and care that occurred throughout the last six months of his life were outstanding. Anytime any new hurdle arose, you and your staff went out of your way to make sure my dad felt safe. In the last month, the adjustments due to the hospital stay and my dad’s last week at home were done with great feeling and without hesitation. Dear Mary, I just want to take a minute to thank you and the nurses for all you did for mom.   I knew that I had made the right decision to not only bring mom home but also have PCS there to take care of her.  So many people, including the Hospice nurses, commented on the care that my mom received.  You cannot imagine the peace I and my brothers and sister had in the last couple of weeks knowing that mom was in such good care. 

It was so kind of you to go to the funeral, as well.  Seeing you there was such a comfort to me.  Please know that I will continue to tout your services to any and all.  Again, you don’t know how much PCS has meant to us. Thank you. – Sincerely
